Comment: This article describes Evett's mural as "approximately 12'x5'", or an aspect ratio of 2.40:1. But, using the photo in the article, which includes only a fraction of the mural, and comparing it with our perspective-adjusted photograph, we can deduce an aspect ratio of 2.05:1. Neither figure is consistent with the dimensions of a sketch in the Smithsonian collection, which has an aspect ratio of 1.80:1.
